MoveMakers documentary! How to capture learning?

As human beings we are always in learning. But how to make it visible? Or capture its essence? When we embarked on our co-created learning journey with fellow movemakers, we didn’t really know where would we arrive, what exactly would happen on the journey and what would be our key learnings or insights? For many joining a learning program that has openness, flexibility, not knowing, can be quite difficult to attend. We are so used to with clear outcomes that can be measured. But learning can stay invisible. In not knowing, so much more learning can happen. It needs lots of trust in the process.

Along the way, we have tried to capture our journey and learning. Dalius and Lukas from Stepdraw, have been our eyes and ears. I admire how these young human beings can go wild. Share their passion and do their work despite of their “young age” or not having a “proper education”. Now when the learning journey itself is behind watching the documentary reminds me again how much you can learn from passionate and dedicated people and how much true relationships matter.
